Conference Room Rates

Room rates are $159 for a single or double and $174 for a triple or quad, plus applicable taxes. All reservations must be guaranteed by a first night's non-refundable room deposit.

Hotel Reservations

Reservations must be made either by calling the hotel directly at 303-893-3333 or calling the Sheraton Denver Hotel toll-free number at 800-444-2326. When calling, be sure to say you will be attending the National Energy and Utility Affordability Conference. Rooms are limited, so reserve early. After May 16, 2008, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis only. If your reservation is received after the May 16 cut-off date or our room block is filled at the Sheraton Denver Hotel, your reservation will be referred to a designated overflow hotel.

Hotel Cancellation

If you must cancel your hotel reservation, please call the hotel directly at 303-893-3333 prior to 12:00 noon MDT (2:00 p.m. EDT) on your scheduled day of arrival to avoid a penalty beyond the non-refundable first night's deposit.

Transportation

Shuttle and taxi service are available to and from the Denver International Airport. Shuttle service is approximately $20.00 per person one-way plus gratuity. Parking

The hotel has underground parking to accommodate more than 1,000 vehicles. The hotel will provide parking for all conference attendees at a rate of $15 for self-parking and $22 for valet parking
