Conference Logistics

Conference Registration

Advance registration is required. Registrations must be received no later than May 27, 2011. The Early Bird (reduced registration rate) deadline is May 13, 2011. Full payment must be received with registration. Checks and purchase orders for any of the three conferences should be made payable to NLIEC (National Low Income Energy Consortium).

Fax completed registration forms with credit card number or purchase order number to 412-431-5214. Registration online will require a credit card or purchase order.  Registration will not be accepted without one of these methods of payment.

Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation letter within ten (10) business days after the receipt and processing of your paid registration. Please bring this confirmation letter with you when you check-in at the conference registration. There you will receive conference materials. Please note: Guest tickets for meals and the evening events may be purchased on-site.

Conference Cancellation

Cancellations for NEUAC 2011 or the NEADA Annual Meeting, minus $50 per person per event cancelled, will be granted upon written request. Your cancellation request must be received on or before June 10, 2011.  After that date, no refunds will be granted for cancellations, and vouchers/purchase orders will be redeemed for full payment.

Conference Room Rates

Room rates are $189 for a single or double, plus 11% occupancy tax. All reservations must be guaranteed by a first night's non-refundable room deposit.

Hotel Cancellation

If you must cancel your hotel reservation, please call the hotel directly at 954-525-4000 or central reservations at 800-228-9290 at least 72 hours prior to your day of arrival to avoid a penalty beyond the non-refundable first night’s deposit.

Transportation

Transportation services between Fort Lauderdale's iternational airport are located on the lower/baggage claim level of the airport. Taxi service is approximately $20 one-way plus gratuity. Shuttle service, which may make multiple stops along the way, is available through GO Airport Shuttle at www.go-airportshuttle.com at approximately $13 one-way plus gratuity

Parking

Hotel guest parking rates are $25 per day for self-park service or $30 per day for valet parking.
