Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities
Sponsorships
The National Fuel Funds Network and National Low Income Energy Consortium offer partnership opportunities to those seeking to make a difference in the lives of low-income households. We rely upon the financial contributions of our partners and also upon donations of in-kind support. We also offer donors the opportunity to direct their resources to specific interests and provide recognition for their support. Contributors to the National Energy and Utility Affordability Conference have a range of recognition options. Click here to review the various opportunities to become a conference partner.
Those interested in supporting our work through an in-kind contribution, a financial contribution or both should contact our organizations’ respective executive directors:

Exhibitor Opportunities
The National Energy and Utility Affordability Conference affords companies and other entities an opportunity to bring their message to a huge, targeted audience representing the energy industry, government and the nonprofit sector. Approximately 650 people attended our 2009 conference in Portland, Oregon, and an even larger number of participants is expected in 2010. Exhibiting at NEUAC 2010 will provide you with access to innovators and decision makers working to solve the national energy affordability crisis.
Conferees will come to San Antonio eager to learn of new approaches and resources to assist them in their mission of relieving the energy burdens of low-income households. The conference is attended by professionals in decision making positions, representing government agencies, Indian tribes, utilities, and nonprofit organizations from across the nation. They have a keen interest in products and services that will assist clients in reducing their energy usage and managing their energy bills. Some of these professionals will also be seeking information and services that will help build stronger nonprofit organizations, train staff and boards, improve communications, raise funds, manage donors and enhance their community profiles.
We truly appreciate our exhibitors because we know the value you bring to our industry. At this conference, we place exhibits as close to the action as possible to ensure maximum exposure to every attendee. As an exhibitor, you are also a participant in the conference's educational and social activities.
Each exhibitor at NEUAC 2010 will receive one free registration including admittance to all workshops, receptions and luncheons. This is a unique opportunity to reach a large audience with interests in your products and services. Our attendees are seeking solutions to challenges that range from service delivery to professional development, from conservation products and weatherization services to consumer information and technology.
Our exhibit space will be located outside of the ballroom where meal functions and general sessions are held and along the corridors outside the workshop rooms. The fee for exhibit space is $1,250. The 2010 National Energy and Utility Affordability Conference exhibitor registration fee includes one 10’ wide by 5’ deep booth space, one 6-foot skirted table with one chair and conference registration for one person on June 14-16, which includes admittance to all official conference activities and meals. Additional representatives can be registered as attendees by visiting www.neuac.org.
Set Up and Tear Down -- Setup begins 5:00 p.m. Sunday, June 13 and must be complete by 7:30 a.m. Monday, June 14. Note: Although you may begin setup at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, neither the hotel nor the conference will provide security dedicated to the exhibit area so please do not leave valuables at your exhibit booth. Your exhibitor space must be dismantled by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16. Exhibitors may not dismantle displays during conference hours. Opportunities to dismantle will immediately follow the close of the conference at 3:15 p.m. on Wednesday, June 16.
Exhibit Hours -- Monday and Tuesday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
This year, we are again offering a messaging opportunity that was very popular at NEUAC 2009: Exhibitors may have copies of fliers or brochures inserted in our conference registration bags for an additional $150 fee.
We are instituting something new for exhibitors in 2010 -- a separate advertising booklet in each conferee’s registration bag. The 8½-inch by 5½-inch black-and-white booklet will contain the location of each exhibitors’ table space, contact information for each exhibitor with details about the company or organization, and advertising messages. The fees for advertisements will be $500 for full-page ads, $300 for half-page ads and $150 for quarter-page ads.
Click here to access a PDF version of the registration form, which you can complete offline and submit to our conference registrars.
